CGFNS (Commission
on Graduates of Foreign Nursing schools)
We prepare the nurses who aspire to take the CGFNS / NCLEX
examination. The tutorial program is developed after extensive
research work done by various professionals like doctors,
nursing tutors, nursing consultants and CGFNS / NCLEX exam
passed candidates both from India and USA. The duration
of the preparation program is Four months and it has about
300 hours of orientation. This preparation program requires
a lot of commitment, hard work and the untiring motivation
to pass the examination conducted by the CGFNS / NCLEX USA.
Olive Institute updates
the program syllabus regularly and lay emphasis on a structured
and systematic learning method. Tests are conducted regularly
to help candidates update themselves frequently. Students
who are tutored by us are provided with study materials
in the classroom, books written by various authors to refer
in our library, CD’s and computers to practice in
our computer lab. Our tutors are Practicing Professionals,
Doctors and experienced Nursing tutors who have completed
their CGFNS / NCLEX exam successfully. Theory classes combined
with question and answer sessions enhance the skills of
the nurses. We take the nurses on study trips to various
hospitals and train them in a practical environment. We
take them to meet spastic children, mentally ill patients
home, schizophrenic patients etc.
We spend time on developing the overall
Personality of the nurse.
Some of the exclusive areas that we concentrate with the
nurses are:

The ability to communicate fluently
in English. Candidates may have the opportunity to communicate
with Americans regularly while they study the course.

Provide basic IT training with Medical
transcription at the preliminary levels.

Etiquette (Social, Dining and Telephone)

Adapt to the adjustments that is
required in the place and the country of work –
Socia cultural preparation.

Orientation to obtain driving license
in USA.
All other process related
to obtaining the visa for the nurse (i.e.) Visa screening,
Qualification evaluation, Visa immigration procedures are
undertaken by us. All expenses related to the nurses are
reimbursed to them on successful completion of their CGFNS/NCLEX
exam. In certain cases, we even provide the landing allowances
to the nurses. We undertake placements in countries like
the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia
and New Zealand by liaising with the Nursing council’s
in each of the countries mentioned. We work with experienced
consultants and Recruitment agencies of good repute in the
above-mentioned countries and are constantly working to
extend our services worldwide. Our goal is to discover the
professional need in different countries and identify and
prepare nurses to meet the necessary requirements. This
helps not only the nursing candidates in India, but also
the employer, who is fully satisfied with the skills and
knowledge that our nurses are able to display at the work
place.
IELTS preparation is provided for all the nurses
registered with us for CGFNS/ NCLEX preparation
We are now associated with the Hindustan Bible Institute,
Chennai to offer the preparation courses. Hostel facility
is provided for all outstation candidates.
