Australia is open for Immigration. They are looking for people who have the basic educational Qualifications (i.e.) Diploma, undergraduate degree. The basic requirements to be eligible for an Australian Permanent Resident Visa are the following:

Our principals who are an immigration law firm in Melbourne and Sydney are one of the first legal firms to become actively involved in advising intending migrants. They are active in all aspects of migration including independent applications, family migration, employer nomination, temporary and permanent entry permits, illegal entry, deportation, business migration and migration appeals. The migration department comprises of three-registered migration agent. Migration Agents are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct, which is administered by the Migration Agents Registration Authority.

Procedure:

Pre-Assessment
We require the resume of the applicant and his/her spouse (if married) to do an assessment. We will be able to accept a candidate for the Immigration Process only after the assessment is done. It takes about 3 days to complete a pre-assessment. The pre-assessment is done both by us and our principals in Australia who are registered immigration lawyers.

Once the Pre-assessment is done, we can accept the case for the Immigration process provided the result is positive. At this stage we give a guarantee to the client that their case will be successful, if we handle the entire Immigration process.

Stages of the Immigration Process:

1) Stage – I: Skill Assessment:The Client pays the first installment to initiate the immigration process. At this stage the client’s papers are sent to the relevant Australian Skill Assessment board for Skill assessment. The documents required to be sent to the Skill Assessment board will be informed and the process is initiated. This process normally takes about 3 – 4 months.

2) Stage – II: Filing for the visa:On receiving the Skill Assessment Report from the skill assessment board, we move to the second stage. At this stage, the client's papers are filed with the Australian Immigration Service at Adelaide for the issuance of the Immigration Visa. The documents that are required to be sent to the Australian Immigration services will be informed when the client pays the second installment.

3) Stage – III: Visa Approval:The Australian Immigration Service on completing all verifications, sends the Medical form and will ask the client to do the Medical Check Up. On receipt of this, the visa approval letter is sent and they will request us to send the original passports. At this stage the client pays the balance and the final installment fee.

To complete the entire process for an Immigration Visa, it takes about a minimum of 18 months (Approx.). Payments are made in easy installments upon completion of each stage.

In addition to the above process, some clients are required to go through a registration process with the registration board in Australia.
