Our principal Mr. David Cohen
graduated from Montreal's McGill Faculty of Law in 1972,
shortly thereafter becoming a member of both the Quebec
and Canadian Bar Associations. As a member in good standing
of a Canadian Law Society, Attorney David Cohen is authorized
by the Canadian Government to represent you. Mr. David Cohen
started his own practice in 1976, just when the Canadian

policies. Cohen decided the timing was right to make Immigration
law his area of expertise.
Now a senior partner at the long established Canadian immigration
law firm Campbell Cohen, Mr. David Cohen has been practicing
immigration law for over 25 years. The firm has 20 lawyers
and support staff. The truth is that effective representation

accepted.
Before and after their arrival in Canada, clients receive
free, meaningful assistance in finding employment. As the
exclusive Immigration Advisor to Monster.ca, Canada's pre-eminent
Internet job search service, Mr. Cohen also encourages his

Procedure:
Pre-Assessment:
We require the resume of the applicant and his/her spouse
(if married) to do an assessment. We will be able to accept
a candidate for the Immigration Process only after the assessment
is done. Once the Pre-assessment is done then we can accept
the case for the Immigration process, provided the result
is positive. At this stage we give guarantee to the client
that their case will be successful, if we handle the entire
Immigration process.
Stages of the Immigration Process:
Stage – I: Filing the application:
The Client pays the first installment to initiate the immigration
process. At this stage the client’s application and
papers are sent to the Canadian Immigration Service. The
documents that are required to be sent to the Canadian Immigration
Service will be informed once the client pays the first
Installment.
Stage – II: Interview:
The Canadian Immigration Service as part of the process
will call the client for an interview or may waive the interview.
On receiving the intimation from the Canadian high commission,
the client will pay the second installment. Our principal
will prepare you for the interview, if you are called for
one. We will prepare the documentation for the interview
and will assist you to take up the interview.
Stage – III: Medical:
The Canadian Immigration Service will send the Medical Form
and will ask to do Medical Check Up for all the applicants.
On completion of the medical the Visa approval letter is
sent and will ask for the original passports. This is normally
the final stage in the immigration process and therefore
the client will pay the final installment at this stage.
To complete the entire process for an Immigration Visa,
it takes about 36 months (approx.)
In addition to the above process, some clients are required
to go through a registration process with the registration
board in Canada
