Procedure:
Pre-Assessment:

We require the resume of the applicant and his/her spouse (if married) to do an assessment. We will be able to accept a candidate for the Immigration Process only after the assessment is done.

Stages of the Immigration Process:

Stage – I:
Filing the application: The Client pays the first installment to initiate the immigration process. At this stage the client's application and papers are sent to the Canadian Immigration Service.

Optional service: We can help the candidate obtain an "Arranged Employment" job offer, which will be validated by the HRSDC, Canada. This will hasten the visa process to Canada (approx; within 9 to 12 months)

Stage – II:
Interview: The Canadian Immigration Service as part of the process will call the client for an interview or may waive the interview. Our principals will prepare you for the interview, if you are called for one.

Stage – III:
Medical: The Canadian Immigration Service will send the Medical Form to all the applicants. On completion of the medical the Visa approval letter is sent and the visa office will ask for the original passports. This is normally the final stage in the immigration process.

To complete the entire process for an Immigration Visa, it takes about 12 - 18 months (approx.)
