Procedure:
Pre – assessment:
We require the resume of
the applicant and his / her spouse (if married) to do an
assessment. We will be able to accept a candidate for the
immigration process only after the assessment is done. It
takes about 3 days to complete the pre-assessment. Once
the pre-assessment is done, then we can accept the application
for the Immigration process, provided the result is positive.
At this stage, we give the guarantee to the client that
their application will be successful, if we will process
the entire Immigration procedures.
Stages of the Immigration Process:
1) Stage – 1: Full assessment:
The client pays the first installment to initiate the immigration
process. At this stage the client’s application with
relevant documents are sent to our principals in New Zealand.
The principal Lawyers and consultants will review the documents
to check the possibility of obtaining the immigration visa
and the Offer of employment. This process will take about
a month.
2) Stage – II: New Zealand Qualification
Assessment (NZQA):
If the New Zealand Immigration Service does not recognize
the qualification obtained by the candidate, the NZQA procedure
is initiated for the candidate. NZQA issues the report confirming
the recognition of the qualifications as equivalent to New
Zealand standards. This process will take about 4 to 6 months.
3) Stage – III: Filing for the visa (stage
I):
The application for the permanent resident visa commences
at this stage. The application “Expression of Interest”
is lodged with the NZIS. This process takes about 3 months.
4) Stage –IV: Filing for the visa (Stage
2 ):
On receiving the ”Invitation to apply” sent
by the NZIS, we will now file the application for the Permanent
resident visa. This process takes about 4 - 6 months.
5) Stage – V: Visa approval:
Once the verification is done by the NZIS, they will send
the visa approval letter. This is the final stage in the
immigration process. The migrant levy is paid to the NZIS.
In addition to the above process, some clients are required
to go through a registration process with the registration
board in New Zealand. The entire services and the process
are divided into small stages. This will help our clients
to know the exact position of their process during every
stage. Clients need to pay in installments based on the
progress of each stage.
