Procedure:
Pre – assessment:

We require the resume of the applicant and his / her spouse (if married) to do an assessment. We will be able to accept a candidate for the immigration process only after the assessment is done. Once the pre-assessment is done, then we can accept the application for the Immigration process, provided the result is positive.

Stages of the Immigration Process:

Stage – 1:
Full assessment: At this stage the client's application with relevant documents are sent to our principals in New Zealand. The principal Lawyers and consultants will review the documents to check the possibility of obtaining the immigration visa and the Offer of employment. This process will take about a month.

Stage – II:
New Zealand Qualification Assessment (NZQA): If the New Zealand Immigration Service does not recognize the qualification obtained by the candidate, the NZQA procedure is initiated for the candidate. NZQA issues the report confirming the recognition of the qualifications as equivalent to New Zealand standards. This process will take about 2 to 3 months.

Stage – III:
Filing for the visa (stage I): The application for the permanent resident visa commences at this stage. The application "Expression of Interest" is lodged with the NZIS. This process takes about 3 months.

Stage –IV:
Filing for the visa (Stage 2 ): On receiving the "Invitation to apply" sent by the NZIS, we will now file the application for the Permanent resident visa. This process takes about 9 - 12 months.

Stage – V:
Visa approval: Once the verification is done by the NZIS, they will send the visa approval letter. This is the final stage in the immigration process. The migrant levy is paid to the NZIS.
